Our Portfolio

Our current portfolio consists of over 300,00 sq. ft. of commercial space and over 140 apartment units. Recent acquisitions in Utah include two storage facilities and a retail building, all in St. George, Utah, and we are looking to expand our holdings consistent with our investment profile.

We have chosen to focus on the Utah self-storage market, because of the stable business climate, the high rate of business development, and low tax rates. We pursue value-added opportunities in self-storage and light industrial incubator buildings, as we prefer a granular income stream diversified over many smaller tenants.
