Blue Oak Ventures is a professionally managed real estate investment company, headquartered in Los Altos, CA with an office in St. George, UT. We actively manage our assets and directly resolve issues such as tenant delinquencies, vacancies and deferred maintenance. Our approach is very “hands on”, and our experience allows us to take on management intensive projects. Our management team is on-site regularly during each month, working directly with property managers. Our goal is to provide tenants with a “like new” property experience upon move-in, with a high level of finishes, services and amenities. We are also environmentally conscious and strive to achieve "Net-Zero" or "Carbon-Zero" on sites as we install solar PV panels, solar lighting and landscape upgrades that do not require water. We believe that taking our facilities "Net-Zero" is not only good for the environment, but is also good for our tenants and our bottom line.
